He’s fallen out with Heckingbottom and is completely done with us.A 'Season' is a long time in politics to borrow a phrase from another spectrum.
He was never going to sign long term, once he properly realised the actual dross around him.
'He' was the one in an interview after the first defeat to Rovers who said. 'That wasn't US out there'.
I put in a post then.
'I think he will find that it is - and the way we have played up to press, isn't usually 'US'.
More likely rather than the manager aspect, he's looked at what are around him and thought - feck this .i'm off to Wolves.
And who can blame him.
There may be a Manager effect, but as much or even MORE likely, it's the realisation of what he's playing with and alongside!

The dog or Jodie? And I met the glamour model Ms Marsh last year at a dog show in North Norfolk (ah -ha). True story. She no longer resembles the media friendly pictures you may have enjoyed.
That's as maybe - but once a guy/person/player realises this is NOT somewhere they want to be (for the foreseeable) they look for reasons, excuses, call it what you will, to move on.He’s fallen out with Heckingbottom and is completely done with us.
That's life, not just 'Soccer'.

Dobbin didn't look too happy with him either at full time. Rolled his eyes after PH shook his hand. He’s fallen out with Heckingbottom and is completely done with us.
Jodie, she didn’t have a dog but was qualified to judge as she lives in the village. Lovely lass to be fair but the air brush man for the Daily Star must get paid a fortune. I should have been staying there today for the match but fortunately work prevented me.The dog or Jodie?
No evidence on that one but it wouldn’t surprise me. It’s all gone tits up.Dobbin didn't look too happy with him either at full time. Rolled his eyes after PH shook his hand.

He's a fucking cunt with the Yorkshire chip on his shoulder. These boys are used to top coaches. It must seem like they're playing for Stan Ternent by comparison.
Apologies, air brush artist. No gender attribution required.

Can’t blame either of them. They’ve carried others single-handedly at times this season, and rather than try and alleviate the load on them (using the likes of Small, Moran etc who might draw other players off them), the manager has made their lives harder by using the likes of Pol, Potts, Smith, Brady etc who are never going to threaten an opposition, leaving them more time to mark Dobbin and Devine. And he’s done that whilst also persisting with a system that doesn’t suit attackingDobbin didn't look too happy with him either at full time. Rolled his eyes after PH shook his hand.
Stevie Wonder could see the drop off from Devine since being used as the de facto Armstrong replacement. Should’ve spent the money on that instead of a injury prone forward
Also always a good sign of harmony when you’ve got player’s relatives going on social media to make a point to the manager 😬

Whilst Dobbin and Devine might have now realised what they signed up too.
I still don't think PH is totally to blame for the tail off.
Armstrong going back was a big loss.
The 2 aforementioned ; where though great signings.
Offiah and Small should both prove to be good signings in the long run and should eventually go for way more than we paid for them, providing the stalwarts don't drop them down to their level - too much or too quickly!
Those 5 where good signings, i am pretty confident that, that was from PH/SM contacts and nothing to do with Ridsdale!

We have one win in 12-13? Including 9Whilst Dobbin and Devine might have now realised what they signed up too.

Losses. He absolutely is to blame for the tail off.
We know where rh real issues lie but we can’t ignore this form.
I actually didn’t mind Hecky at the start. I wanted him sacked at the end of last season. 1 win in 15 was abysmal.
Last season angered me. The start of this season papered over the cracks. He isn’t a good manager. He deflects blame onto others. He doesn’t take any accountability. He’s a patronising twat and I don’t want him at this club.
The small signing was nothing to do with Paul’s contacts. He had a good game against us last season that’s it.
Looking forward to hearing the “victim of his own success” line when he gets potted.
Victim of being unable to mentally get the team in the right place to finish seasons twice in a row more like.

Potts seemed to be saying “yes I know” and rolling his eyes when given instructions coming on in midweek too. He's a fucking cunt with the Yorkshire chip on his shoulder. These boys are used to top coaches. It must seem like they're playing for Stan Ternent by comparison.
I think he’s fully lost the dressing room.

Can't trust a guy that dyes his hair jet black when he's 50 odd
It’s a massive worry if our whole season’s hopes and dreams were resting on the shoulders of one 18 year old midfielder.I still don't think PH is totally to blame for the tail off.

Can’t be the case, PH made plenty of signings. Saying it was down to Armstrong is just letting everyone off the hook.
Reading some of these posts it appears the players have become too damned precious to take instructions from an experienced manager. Maybe they need to listen more and roll eyes and tantrum less because they have played no better than a bunch of overgrown schoolboys for the entire of 2026 (Bristol City excluded) they concede very easily and can’t score for toffee. Hard luck boys that’s how the world works in the workplace you are not always going to like what you get.

The collective are currently not fit for purpose, They need to show some true grit and work for their lavish income. At an ownership level we made signings that weakened the squad in January - priority should have been a proper keeper. Who sanctioned the 2m signing of an injury prone player - what a shambolic signing. Be lovely to get new ownership and ship the lot out to pastures new if anybody wants passengers. I have always supported Hecky but enough is enough.
The way things are going I’m just surprised Thompson didn’t miss kick the water bottle. Not just Osmajic who has dragged our name through the mud.
