Mad innit how this seems to genuinely be the benchmark for so many shortsighted fans on here.

I’ve said many times, Hecky’s time here has been nothing short of a disgrace.

I’m more bored now than I was under Lowey.
 
I watched the plastics v Coventry last night and saw some entertaining fast flowing football, it grieves me to say it but they are much easier on the eye than the dour shite we are serving up. Yes I know they are still in the relegation battle but FFS Heckingbottom coach some entertainment into our lot.
 
We are no fun to watch and have not been for a while at home.
Where has the high press gone like in those early games, press them, win the ball high up.
Storey (can't pass the ball and does not like it at feet) Hughes(past it at this level) Whiteman(some fans love him, not a captain and certainly not good enough at this level) Potts(scored two recently, but not a wing back and not good enough at this level consistently ) and Thompson(what a shocking signing, 3 touch Tommo).

I agree on all counts. Of our own players, there’s only Iversen, Small, Offiah, Vukcevic that I’d miss to any extent and I wouldn’t miss any of the management team.
 
I haven’t considered the options before around not starting next season with a new management team. As lack of consistency has never brought success historically.

The key factors for me is the way we have fallen away since the Wigan game. Also the formation and attitude of some of the players has been a real concern.

People have made the point before about win percentages and performances which really tells a sorry story for 25/26.

If the ownership of our great club does change, then unfortunately I minded to make any changes quite comprehensive.

We were only better as we had Small who was prepared to run at them. It was blatantly obvious we needed some runners/threat out wide.
A defender or Potts should have been hooked and Moran left on. Substitution would of had similar impact but we had Moran on (who in the first half at least tried more than the rest).

Offiah aand Hughes are not wingbacks and even a monkey can see that.
PH has signed 3 of them and failed to start all 3.

Would you trust him with any more investment? He's had nearly two seasons now and what if any improvements have you noticed?

Spending majority of our budget on a player who has started about three games.

Some of our fans deserve mediocrity. Any owner with any ambition would have sacked Hecky last season after a disgusting end to the season.

I think in a few months we will have new owners and I feel they will want their own man in.

Lowey was a gobshite that's undeniable.
This fellas more solid with a CV that pisses on loweys.

Maybe with better payers he's do ok

Oh and by the way (four of them wankers - five if you include potts) have extended their contract under Hecky.

Your defense of Hecky is more boring than the man himself.

Under the current regime we have no choice to extend contracts of some of the players cos to replace them with better quality means spending money and we ain’t going to atttacts much better with the wages we offer…..hopefully new owners will sort this but it ain’t going to be a quick fix.
