Heckingbottom
Like I said earlier in the week, he has no idea how to turn this around. Being rational, he isn't the only problem, but he's currently a big one. Get rid.

For me, the bubble has burst and his aura has evaporated. I’d wait and see what happens with the proposed take over, as they may want to bring their own team.
In the short term, I’d get rid of:
Osmajic (Discipline)
Whiteman (One dimensional)
Potts (Not good enough)
Lindsay (Not good enough)
Smith (No impact)
Hughes (Not good enough)
Storey (Not improved)

Sack him at the end of the season, and start fresh, let the new guy have a pre season, don’t make the same mistake like with Lowe and wait till after the first game of the season.
Lowe shouldn’t have even had that pre season, he should’ve been booted out once the season ended.
Sack Hecky after the Southampton game, I don’t care if he wins it or not, plus if the takeover does happen I’m pretty sure the new guy is gonna want to bring in his own management team.

It will be left to the (hopefully) new ownership to sack the manager. This ownership won’t do it.Sack him at the end of the season, and start fresh, let the new guy have a pre season, don’t make the same mistake like with Lowe and wait till after the first game of the season.

I’d search for a new manager in the summer but I did find his PPG, when his first choice keeper is fit, quite impressive.
Games like tonight are just not on the manager, either. Easily deserved at least a point.
Would prefer a fresh start, although ownership change is far more important.

Hey! I was on Tenable and Warwick Davis is a top lad. But you're right about Hecky though. Send him to the vortex.
Regardless of your opinion either way, the question we all have to ask ourselves is; are they good to watch, is it edge of your season ticket seat stuff, or, are you filled with excitement or anxiety going to watch PNE?
If it's a definite yes, then we keep PH.
If it's a definite no then he has to go.
If we had a vote on this basis, and Ridsdale wasn't mentioned in the vote, I'm pretty sure it would be a vastly overwhelming no !

I don’t think anybody has short memories under Lowe. We were awful. Some short memories with Lowe, he was significantly worse and a complete cunt to boot.
Hecky needs binning though.
However in Lowe’s two full seasons we had a chance (a very slim one) of making the play offs with five games remaining. We have dropped like a stone twice under Hecky.
To say we were significantly worse under Lowe is stretching it when our worst two finishes since promotion have been under our current manager.
