Flip this on its head. You’re going to be a dad. This is fate at its finest. You and your wife are going to be gifted with a child, then you are going to have this cancer removed. Job done I reckon!

I know it’s been said above but speak to the MacMillan Nurses. They will be honest with you. This is totally treatable and the prognosis will be good.

Pm me any time you need a quiet ear. Good luck and I will be thinking of you tomorrow.
 
I can’t say break a leg, or best of luck or anything. Hope it all goes ok and let us know how you are as soon as you can. You’ve an army wishing you well

When I told my boss at work his response was "Ahh bollocks" which made me chuckle 🤣.

Thank you all for your support this last week or so. Had some annoying news at the hospital this afternoon. Apparently, I should have been booked in at the sperm bank before my appointment, and this has been missed. I was asked if I intended to use the facility, and, given the diminished chances of conceiving with one testicle and the fall in sperm count with chemo, I did. So they've postponed my surgery until this has been done, and apologised for having missed a step in the process. Few more weeks of 2 testicles it looks like, as I said to the Mrs on the journey home, what a load of bollock. Notice the missing 's', its deliberate!
