Did you ignore Joan's post about why he was at Everton?
I do not pretend I know the motivation for what happened with season tickets but the theory is pretty clear. Chairman says to board "I have a good idea", board say to chairman "yes but we can not do it", Chairman is asked about the idea:
1) say that he wants to do it but the board said no
2) say that we can not do it (as the board said)
We all know that any chairman has to say 2) in public. I am always having to say something I do not believe in because it was has been officially decided. Again why is Shaw somehow not to be subjected to that professioalism?
I do not think ML has stepped up to the plate, or shown how easy it is to replace the chairman, PNE is a different entity now to what it was as a PLC. The roles are different and the assessment of those roles will also be.
You are right though, mouse, time to move on (and with it move on this emotive language of "lies", it was in all probability simply the position of the company being said by the chairman of the company).
