Leon Cort

WILLYWOMBLE · Jan 23, 2011

Brilliant celebration by Cort, hope he stays, been solid since he's been here. Great ball in by Connor for the goal. Great finish in the end by "The Body" after Ellington's swinger.

ha ha! hes nearly as bad as me when we score!

He looks like he almost wet himself with excitement. Great stuff. He can't have really developed a true love of North End yet - not like us fans... but he's clearly a guy who has thoroughly bonded with his team - and a guy who cares about his team.. and cares about football.

You cannot fake that reaction. He's gone way up in my estimation!

Anyone heard anything else on cort as to whether he's coming back? As his loan ended today.

I have been told this morning that Cort will be staying with us on loan until the end of the season but he will not be able to play against the Dingles. A good bit of business.

Yea on Radio Lancs very good news I've been impressed with his performances so far. Gives another option in more advanced position if we scrapping to get a draw. Now we just need a few more signings .

Happy Days, another CM and CF before saturday and the 3 points is ours.

I would personally prefer SSL to be pushed up front hwen we are chasing the game as I believe he is technically much better than cort, But youcant knock corts effort. He has been a rock at the back and hopefully we can get a perm deal done.
