Brad Potts …tell me if I’m wrong …but it’s my belief that he plays best as a wing back when he forgets that shit and plays as a wide midfielder. In other words stop shoving him a square hole and let him be himself which right now would be on the right side of midfield. He has the attributes, he has an engine that can drive him up and down the outside. He can get in the box late and get on the end of cross field balls. He can play the ball inside and take returns . He can even take players on and beat them ( a great nutmeg on saturday) as long as that’s where it stops , dont expect him to make the goal line and cross . But do expect him to get inside and create something from there. If it was me I’d play him on the right and let him go. I suppose my point is that the whole midfield needs a thorough review and players played as round pegs in round holes
