Jesus Christ. The mods should be applauded for the work they do, not constantly moaned about and questioned.

They've made a decision, in good faith, to ban a poster, so accept it and stop questioning them.

Agreed.... Whether WIBG, Northendrtops or whoever there shouldn't be threads and posts moaning about it.

It's done and sure they had good grounds to do this....

To be fair Mossy he is just asking the mods a simple question. His posts to you were wrong and warranted an infraction yes but how did they find out he was a past poster other than your allegations. I think that's the question being asked to the mods.

Don't use this as a stick to beat Nobber, or myself with as the last time one of your internet friends were banned you set up threads about it and went on about it for a good while. If Nobbers question makes him obsessed then surely that's the same for you?

The guy seemed alright but had issues with you and that paedo fella posters are mates with. But it would taking some racking up of points to get a ban so quickly.

No one really cares if he never comes back. But a bit like you did with WIBG's ban..... a poster has asked the moderators for some clarity on the situation. Which he is entitled to.... I don't think they'd ignore you if you asked them a question. It is a simple yes or no answer. I do think this is why this thread was created as the current situation suits you very well.

If he gave himself away with what he said or the IP was matched up then fine but if it was on hearsay from you I wouldn't say that was a clear enough reason to ban someone. He definitely knew your friendship with people and knew things but I guess you don't have to be an old poster to know that.

Still intrigued to know if it was the guy you thought it was but I've apologised now anyway and it doesn't affect my life either way. This post is more to highlight that what Nobber is asking is not much different to the threads, posts and shit you gave me when WIBG was banned.....

I am not asking the mods for an answer as, like most people, I don't really care as he was clogging up my PM's anyway.

But going back on thread topic I am not fussed who the next set of mods are. I don't think it would change things a great deal regardless and I don't think I've ever voted. It would be a shame for Mr L not to put his name forward again though ��

Ignoring most of the waffle but as per the rules, the infraction process can be waived so it's irrelevant about "how they rack them up so quickly". So you can look at it on a different angle, if you are getting infractions, there's a least a chance that people want you to stay, and a chance is given to sort out behaviours. If you go down the other process it's because you aren't wanted for some reason.

So the infraction rules are totally 100% irrelevant. The mods can just decide to ban folk?

So we now know the reason as to why he was potted, previous banned user, can you confirm there was an IP match or not? The only reason I ask is because I honestly do not think he was a banned user, a loose cannon yes, but previous user?

So in simple terms, IP match yes or no???????

The Admin and Moderation team reserve the right to deviate from the normal infraction system should a specific situation arise.

The fact no-one will answer my simple question gives me all the answer I needed.

I cannot recall being in a discussion regards anyone getting banned in that manner, then again my memory is pretty crap so it possibly happened.

I don't think I need to say anymore on the topic, as you refuse to answer anyway.
