Haha na I asked mossy to back off as he kept going on about him being that vernon bloke. It doesn't sound like it was but was an ex poster. I guess you didn't see my other messages to him and I told him to fuck off in the end as he kept PMing me.

Really?

You need to realise I 'm fucking ace at seeing people for what they are. You'd do well to take notice of the people I like and you'll know for deffo that they are good people and not the type of person who lacks a good upbringing and moral fiber.

So it's nailed on, there was actual IP address match? If there was then fair enough, just come out and say so.

If he was banned on a hunch though, or because of stuff he posted then surely he should've gone through the infraction process...... But I'm sure that's not the case so can the mods confirm they matched his ip with a banned user. Ta.

They tend not to tell the plebs what goes on behind the scenes cha, and rightly so.

We just have to accept I was right.

If the mod group confirm they matched his IP address to a banned user fair enough.

Or if they can confirm he was banned for the comments he made to you, which were out of order, then ok, but an infraction process is the usual manner according to the rules.

As it stands I'm still totally unconvinced he was a previous banned poster. So I am just asking for confirmation as the rules don't say you can ban folk on a hunch.

I think we have made it quite clear Nobber that he was banned as he was a previously banned user, there is not much more to add, the user in question has been informed as to the reasons behind the ban and as you know we prefer not to discuss these on the open forum.

To be fair Mossy he is just asking the mods a simple question. His posts to you were wrong and warranted an infraction yes but how did they find out he was a past poster other than your allegations. I think that's the question being asked to the mods.

Don't use this as a stick to beat Nobber, or myself with as the last time one of your internet friends were banned you set up threads about it and went on about it for a good while. If Nobbers question makes him obsessed then surely that's the same for you?

The guy seemed alright but had issues with you and that paedo fella posters are mates with. But it would taking some racking up of points to get a ban so quickly.

No one really cares if he never comes back. But a bit like you did with WIBG's ban..... a poster has asked the moderators for some clarity on the situation. Which he is entitled to.... I don't think they'd ignore you if you asked them a question. It is a simple yes or no answer. I do think this is why this thread was created as the current situation suits you very well.

If he gave himself away with what he said or the IP was matched up then fine but if it was on hearsay from you I wouldn't say that was a clear enough reason to ban someone. He definitely knew your friendship with people and knew things but I guess you don't have to be an old poster to know that.

Still intrigued to know if it was the guy you thought it was but I've apologised now anyway and it doesn't affect my life either way. This post is more to highlight that what Nobber is asking is not much different to the threads, posts and shit you gave me when WIBG was banned.....

I am not asking the mods for an answer as, like most people, I don't really care as he was clogging up my PM's anyway.

But going back on thread topic I am not fussed who the next set of mods are. I don't think it would change things a great deal regardless and I don't think I've ever voted. It would be a shame for Mr L not to put his name forward again though ?
