The cycle has started
Signs for Preston, Scores a few goals, Goes back to Strausberg, Linked with him all summer, Strausberg price him up at £6m, Preston bid £1m and not a penny more, Bid gets rejected, someome like Birmingham, West Brom etc come in and pay the asking price, signs for “insert club”. Ridsdale comes out and said we pushed the boat out but he was out of our price range.

Hopefully Ridsdale etc won’t be here next season (sooner if possible).

A single player at the top has to either play-off from someone else- relatively nearby - or be that player that receives the long(er) pass from another forward/attacking Midfielder.

Too often at North End the solo player at the top is asked to do Far Too Much.

Too often at North End the solo player at the top is asked to do Far Too Much.

Not much available in terms of clips. Just the odd goal highlight. But from how he's been described, hes a player who will look to play off the shoulder and get in behind. Doesn't sound like hes much of a link man or target man. He sounds very much like Osmajic which is why on paper at least, he doesn't sound like a suitable strike partner. Much like Riis and Osmajic didnt work.
