As others have said, please don’t let the views of one piece of shit poster put you off this forum.

Whilst we all may regularly disagree on many topics about the club, I’d say 99% of folk here are good honest respectful people, and know when not to cross the line.

You can obviously only make your own decisions, but I can assure you that you’d be missed far more then that thing called Ron ever would.

Just like to join everyone else in giving you my support. Ron was rightfully condemned and called out by several people on here - most of us know he's a complete cretin but on the whole, the vast majority of people on here are brilliant. Sure we disagree and argue and discussions can get heated but none of us stoop to the levels Ron does.

Please reconsider your decision as your opinions and input are very much welcomed.

Doubt if I will though.

After taking over one of the best squads I’ve seen this club have after Craig Brown we did have a good period.

I guess it’s the old ‘ the club didn’t support me’ line, at the time when the club was stuck on the stock market listing with strict financial rules and reliant on a certain Trevor Hemmings to prop us up with loans to a limited company with no guarantees.

And a few other things many people would love to know.

Especially the reasons for his bizarre team selections as the season went on, in particular the home tie against Leeds where he left out our in form midfielder’ for disciplinary reasons’, and started a game which could go to extra time with 3 players who wouldn’t last 90 minutes.

And all the kerfuffle about him agreeing to join moneybags Derby ( the ones who nearly went out of business) before the end of that season. No smoke without fire, strangely he did go their !!

And the bizarre situation where he went to the interview at Charlton , was told at the meeting he wasn’t getting the job, but kept quiet about it while he carried on negotiating with Derby …. Not that he would have used it to get more dosh of course.

A great start with a bitter ending is my view… such a pity.

I'm not RLs biggest fan, but if he had started a shit goalkeeper and striker when there was way better alternatives on the bench he would be getting it in the neck.

If everyone can just stop blowing smoke up McKennas arse for a minute, I would say his 2 selections were a major factor in Ipswich losing yesterday.
