None of our Academy will ever be Championship ready with our current youth setup (sorry @Bobbage)

No, not yet. Nelson has faded and been overtaken by Wilson imo. He and Gryba are promising but remember Gryba is still only 17

(just checked, he only turns 18 in January 2027)

It's true. They need to be playing against higher quality than Grimsby and Mansfield once every 6 weeks in the Central League or they'll fizzle out the way everybody who stays here does.
