I as Gary Peters, Moyes and Davies all had experiance!!! I would rather give these 2 a chance than appoint another big name.

Alexander, I accept, has no real credentials as he's done virtually no coaching, although he is taking his badges. Unsworth has coached at Burnley and here for what, 2 years? That's probably more experience/credentials than arguably our best manager ever.
 
I'd like to see Graham and David as part of William's backroom staff, therefore gaining a wealth of experience to one day manage the mighty PNE for themselves. If William doesn't want the job, then to hell with it and chuck one of them straight into the hot seat.
 
I love the term Grezzworth, and the tabloids will love it even more, therefore giving us more exposure which will lead to more income = guaranteed promotions / overall success.

Well the previous Preston team didn't seem concerned with BD's "arrogant ways" did they, slighlty less than two seasons in charge resulted in two play off's reached.

The Derby players didn't seem concerned when they reached the play offs and got promoted in his first season there.

The Forest players also didn't seem concerned at Billy's "arrogant ways" as they carbon copied North End's team with two consecutive play off qualifications.

So if our current players won't play for BD because of his "arrogant ways", and they wouldn't play for PB because they didn't enjoy the training etc, then perhaps, in fact probably, the problem may well be with the players...............don't you agree?

ps. see what you can do about spelling Lilywhites the correct way will you please..........it is beginning to annoy me.

Good point JD,has grezza still got his players head on? has he had to bollock anyone yet? what will the players reaction be like if he does bollock them? The thing that worry's me about grezza,is his ability to handle the man managment side of things.
He once admitted a while back when he was captain,that he lacked the mental strength in a match to take charge of a situation.
 
Not sure why these threads keep popping up , if they were given a 2 year contract and we lost the next 5 games there would be a hanging taking place come Feb , we need to slow down and see how they do over the next few games , then appoint Billy Davies 🙂

Don't think anybody in their right mind is suggesting handing out 2 year contracts! However I don't see the harm in giving Unsder another 2-3 games to see what they can do. Yes, last week might have been a one off.It might not. Grezzworth could be the best thing since sliced bread, or the worst thing since Jedward?

FACT is NOBODY (apart from Mystic Meg) knows how successful managers DUGA will be until they've been given a run of games. Give the boys a chance & stick BD on the back-burner, who I imagine is just toying with us anyway to give his ego a boost.

Why are you so obsessed with my opinions? You seem to have some sort of fascination with what I write on here, but very rarely do you post anything of significance about what this site is supposed to be about, ie Preston North End FC.
