At least he diverts the ball away from the goal, rather than being obsessed with making simple saves look spectacular.

And if he tries to catch it and drops it he puts us under much more pressure than if he had punched it away in the first place. It's all about decision making - his is sound and a damned sight better than most other keepers I can remember.

I dont think their player deliberately tried to clatter him, but bloody hell he is a bad tempered sod is that Stuckmann!😱

I thought he was going to lose it Jens Lehmann style at first when that happened. Great performance though again, get him signed up asap

Loved it when he clapped his hands together in the tunnel before the game and shouted "Come on Boys" in a thick germanic accent!! I naturally thought we would win as a result!!

One small thing that he needs to sort out. He tends to parry shots back in front of himself quite too often. Fortunately tonight, they fell kindly in the vicinity of a black shirt. Surely he should have the sense to push the ball away and as wide of the goal as possible. I noticed it on his youtube compilation as well. Apart from that, solid.

Would love to have Stuckmann signed up for a long-term contract.

LOVE IT!

Thinking that I will be trying to pressure Mr Ridsdale with regards to this @ the forum on Wednesday.

The man is an absolute creature. Stood next to him after the Stevenage game and he is a big unit. He is a really really nice bloke too.

Concerned about him punching - not at all. When he punches he really punches. Have you seen the distance and height he gets on his punches. No way you can call him flapper. His punches take the pressure off the defence big time due to the distance he gets.

I love it when he throws it out wide. Did it once tonight. Big distance again.

Got to try to get him signed as soon as possible for as long as possible.

To raise money loan Turner and Arestidou out, sack the goalkeeping coach and let Stuckman act as coach to all the young keepers as well as being first team keeper. That would mean we could offer him a competitive wage, maybe more than Leeds would offer their reserve keeper.

If he gets injured we could recall one of our loaned out keepers, or if it was in the first month of their loan then we would have to borrow a keeper short term. Actually Cromie could not be worse than Turner or Arestidou.
