The pitch
Once again, Westley has succeeded in bringing shame on PNE.

Good luck to all those who continue to endorse Westley and his shameless tactics and brand of anti-football but that's it for me. I won't be setting foot in Deepdale again until he's gone. Judging by the attendance on Saturday (i.e. those actually there, not the official crowd which includes season ticket holders regardless), it seems I'm a bit late to join the party on this one but after fifteen years as a season ticket holder I'll be spending my time and money on Saturday afternoons and Tuesday evenings elsewhere until things change.
Now I'm sure the blindfaithers will give their customary "**** off" abuse in response but there are several people I know (all season ticket holders) who are saying and doing exactly the same. For me, it simply isn't worth the petrol money to drive up the M6 to watch that shite but this isn't about poor results or performances - it's the Westley ethos and approach to football matches that is driving me away.
The alleged dressing room antics before Walsall (as reported in the LEP) and now the destruction of the pitch is beyond the pale. I'm completely ashamed to be associated with Preston North End whilst Graham Westley remains manager. All those lapping up a dismal 2-2 draw against a mediocre Coventry side and lecturing on support will ultimately get the club they deserve. What Ridsdale has done to our club appointing Westley (and seemingly continuing to support him) is an absolute disgrace.

Well considering Graham Westley is melting the ice caps, congratulations on doing your bit to help combat global warming!!

The alleged dressing room antics before Walsall (as reported in the LEP)....
The LEP actually reported that there was maintenance work ongoing in there, nothing more.

and you believe that do you?.utter bollocks

In fairness, what did you expect the club to say when asked about it - "Yeah, it's all true, we trashed the away dressing room because that's how small-time, petty and desperate we are"? I don't think the club had any choice but to deny it, true or false. Which version of events you choose to believe is entirely subjective.

"Westley, where's the grass, Westley Westley, where's the grass?' Should be ringing round Deepdale next home game to let him know of our displeasure at his destruction of OUR football club. I was once pro Westley, unfortunately after all that's gone on, the pitch on Saturday was the final straw. I have joined the dark side.

Of course Jennings and the Coventry Evening Telegraph are unimpeachable sources. Your desire to slag off GW at every turn is frankly pathetic. Next you'll be accusing him of driving the tractor that was used to clear the snow. Whilst you're boycotting Deepdale, will you be sparing readers of this board your sanctimonious drivel?

I didn't say I believed it, I was just confirming what the LEP reported. So cheers, but gfy.
