Is the condition of PR not being at the meeting been agreed to?
Will he be next door holding a class to the wall?

When they say streamlined they mean cheap. How they can claim it works quicker is a joke, the transfer windows are as you would expect with a 72 year old, two speeds dead slow and stop.
That’s the trouble they never remember the fibs. That statement is the usual bullshit, and it looks like Ridsdale is going nowhere and neither are the Hemmings. Boredom to prevail it is then!
Well, you don’t have to be so blunt about me Joan 😁😁
I would add to that :
What was the logic behind buying Jeppe Okkels when we had no manager in situ ?
What is the strategy for January recruitment ? Do we have one ? Is there any funding available ?
Will we be utilising the loan market in January?
Finances released in time for the meeting, on the face of it, things look better, higher turnover and lower losses, im sure someone with better financial knowledge than me will be able to dig deeper into it

Reading the statements from CH and PR you would think we are not a well run club...............but an "extremely well run club"......🤔
Ridsdale is presumably comparing what each club publishes in its annual accounts (which is what I am also doing - it involves some very unglamorous trawling through the Companies House website I'm afraid). Thanks @Thracia! I'm not particularly knowledgeable on this sort of thing to be honest but is there a way to see what our turnover achieved is compared to other teams? Basically, I'm wondering what numbers Ridsdale is comparing us against because other teams will outsource some elements too so I'd imagine not everything they report for their commercial income should be their complete turnover
We are an absolute joke shitshow. They can dress it up and lie all they like but the whole footballing community knows what PNEFC are, boring, unambitious and cheapskate. I wonder how and why the media and fans of other clubs come to that conclusion and have done for a very long time, it’s because the cap fits perfectly and the it’s the only thing they wear well.

I haven't heard other fans and the media call PNEFC a joke shit show to be fair.
I've only recently seen the boring part from the Second Tier Podcast but most times in the media and from the outside we're a savvy well run club obviously some of us fairly disagree and its why people like Kieran Maguire get heat from our fanbase (fairly IMO) when he says we're a well run club and have good owners.

The general consensus was that he is doing a good job with what is available to him but also that the letter was from a group of fans who want to sound important or are doing it for the attention.
Both opinions I completely disagreed with and the second one I see as incredibly unfair on the fans who have been involved.
Cheers again @Thracia! The trawling you do may be unglamorous but it's very much appreciated by myself and others too, I'm sure!Ridsdale is presumably comparing what each club publishes in its annual accounts (which is what I am also doing - it involves some very unglamorous trawling through the Companies House website I'm afraid).
And you're right, other clubs will also be outsourcing.
But no other club that I'm aware of is trying to effectively say "our turnover would be higher if we didn't outsource, so please mentally add on an extra £3m we just pulled from our arses if you are looking at these numbers in comparison with other Championship clubs".
Just for clarity, there is no extra £3m available to the club that somehow doesn't show on the books because we choose to account in a unique way - the extra £3m doesn't exist. It's just an estimate, appearing in this Club Comment only, of the extra turnover the club might be able to record if it didn't outsource everything.
We may as well slap on another extra £5m in the same way, and say we might have made that too if we'd managed to sell a player - while we're just making shit up.
I'm starting to think that a proportion of our fans have become completely institutionalised in the mindset of the hierarchy.
I had an interesting conversation with a physio who used to work at current and former Premier League, Championship and League One none of which were Preston and I was talking about the very relative and fair point around our dire output when it comes to youth team prospects and he made some really interesting points on youth team academy's.
He said to me if you haven't been in the Premier League then the chances of you getting a category 1 academy are zilch due to it being gate keeper by the Premier League elite the only reason Rovers get it for example is because they were regulars there for so long. The Premier League clubs want to hoard all the best talent and cast off who they don't want at their leisure and this is the reason why we probably won't invest because we will never be awarded the status to then get the best talent. He did also make the point that a lot of youth teams and academies don't really produce too well referencing Burnley and others.
Just thought I'd mention this for the good of the topic.
I think as well there's a common theme with the age of the demographic I was speaking to and they regularly quote the re-election year and 4th division etc even my old man used to watch Spurs more when we were crap in the 4th division so it's very much an attitude of apathy and be thankful of where we are compared to where we used to it.
Not a mindset I agree with and it's why I and all should be appreciative (not just the ones who are) of what the signed collective are doing try and push our football club forward out of the monotony we find ourselves in. Especially before it starts to go backwards as history has taught us.
