Of course they don't add up! We’re a selling club that relies on flogging a good player for a few mill every year to balance our books. Since selling Nuge we've barely made any money, we haven't sold anyone particularly decent and we've had to spend a shed load of money we didn't have just to stay up. Last January Hemmings pumped in several mill to save us from relegation but I have it on good authority that Derek managed a mill of his own. If you compare how much they each invested through percentages, (Trevor then worth just under a billion squid and Deggsy worth about 3/4), Shaw stood to lose a fuck load more than fairweatherTrevor. I apologise that I don't have the energy to dig up the exact figures atm but I’m knackered and I haven't eaten yet.

You're way off base with those comments though mate. In the situation we're in now, it's miraculous people are coming out with that sort of bollocks.

I wish we had the money to invest so we would could challange the 'big teams' in our division when it comes to transfers but for fucks sake can you not see that the club cant do anybetter with the funds they have available!!

derek has drained your brain of any intelligence kopking and you are obviously a member of potters fan club but if my beloved pne do ever get to the promised land it will be inspite of potter and not cause of him and beware cause if we dont do it this time the summer sale at deepdale will begin in earnest!!

i presume raefil that you havnt supported pne very long judging on your recent post my friend, as,and please correct me if im wrong, wasnt it under the stewardship of baxi, sir bryan gray and tony scholes that the 3 main stands where built in the space of 7 years yet its taken potter 7 years to build half a stand and the nhs has bloody paid for it.

I can see what your sayin but you have got a way to miserable outlook on things. we are skint, if we dont go up we will sell players and we are most likely not to spend much money on getting replacements!

Who cares though, when i see other clubs being run such as leicester, southampton, norwich, charlton, and leeds and they have fucked up so badly when trying to buy their way up and thrown caution to the wind! we are in a position so many other teams want to be in so give derek a break and get behind the club as we push to make the premiership!

Just as i try and make a decent reply to one of your points you come up with this load of garbage post!

The 1st 3 stands were easier for planning, it was always the aim to get the 4th stand up for when we are in the prem, and now it is up the nhs are aiding us in paying for it because we are skint!!

WE ARE SKINT! yet we have a cracking manager, a fucking good team, a wonderfull stadium and a fucking good chance of making the premiership. stop speaking out of your arse mate as you havent a fucking clue!😱

2005 5th billy davies top manager did well despite sales of fuller and healy.
2006 4th billy davies top manager did well despite sale of cresswell.
2007 7th paul simpson decent manager who having taken the club to 2nd at the turn of the year was given not one penny to spend in the jan transfer window.
2008 15th paul simpson/alan irvine, nugent sold for 6m and replaced by hawley on a bosman.when shaw realised we were going down he begs trevor to bale us out.
2009 6th alan irvine has done great job despite having limited funds to spend and a small squad.

I COULD ARGUE ALL NIGHT WITH ALL YOU DEREK LOVERS OUT THERE BUT CAUSE IT SEEMS HE HAS CAST A SPELL OVER YOU ALL I SHALL GO BACK TO MY QUIET EXISTENCE NOW BUT I SHALL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT MY BELOVED FOOTBALL CLUB AND NOT THE BRIAN POTTER IMPERSONATOR WHO RUNS THEM.
