So whats peters role now this new guy has been appointed? Slightly confused and from the old school were the chairmen used to be responsible for transfers, budgets, HR etc.

I would guess PR will continue with all the same day to day stuff, budget management, contract negotiations etc etc

It seems like the new chairmanā€™s main focus will be to find new investors or a buyer for the club.
 
Ridsdale was, is and presumably will continue in his current role as Director that heā€™s held for the last 4 years.

Maybe his specific responsibilities will change but since we donā€™t really know what they are already itā€™s not really possible to speculate how.

Itā€™s from a video that went viral a few weeks ago , the two officers knocking on the door of a school kid to arrest them for a social media post.

Seemed apt at the time with the amount of threads being closed/removed on here.

As he is the non executive chairmen I doubt we will be hearing from him often, maybe like Craig at the end of the season after Peter has written it. Would be nice once he has been around for a month or two to hear from him and his opinion on how the club improve on certain aspects like how to increase revenue. Doubt he will becoming in and rocking the boat saying anything outlandish with him being known to the Hemmings for years

I remember the video, it didnt seem real. Was copper seemed dopey amd other was fit as.

It was a bit more than that.

The teenage child in question created a fake SM Account spreading serious fake criminal allegations about someone.

Hence the knock at the door.

It will be interesting to see if he has just been hired as a bum to occupy Craigā€™s empty seat at Board Meetings or whether he really has been hired to bring about change.

It would be nice if he issued some sort of communication after the first 100 days or so but I wonā€™t hold my breath.
