Good summary but I disagree with your opinion on Offiah being a bit off-His primary roles are to use his pace to cover the ball over the top(ala Van De Ben!) whilst other CB’s attack the ball and he did that well particularly when Armstrong looked to get in down the channels.Offiah’s other role is to initiate playing out from the back and to aggressively force the opponents build up play back -he did thatWhat a great all round performance. I don’t think many posters on here would have Potts and Thompson in their first choice eleven but they played very well in the first half and were at the heart of all North End’s best moments. Dobbins electric pace was a constant threat but Osmajic just couldn’t get into the game. Mads’ introduction for the last 20 minutes turned out to be a masterstroke as his unpredictability caused City no end of problems. I thought Offiah looked a bit off today but Storey, Hughes and Lewis were superb. Whiteman and Devine ran the midfield with Thompson and Ali McCann was the perfect substitute in the latter stages to prevent Bristol City getting a toe hold in the match. A perfect performance and clean sheet in an impressive away 2-0 win.

If we aren't backed after that performance we never will be, its time for the family to “Dare to Dream” like us - if they're brave they'll fulfill TH’s dream...

Their big opportunity to make some money and to attract buyers.
Best chance we and they have had in years and we don’t actually need that much, just some intelligent investment to strengthen one or two of our weakest areas.
He was harangued for pretty much the entire performance and every missWhat sort of reception did riis get from our fans?

Still from Bristol. .but i didn't mention Nick Park from Walmer Bridge as 1. I grew up 4 doors away and 2. He is our secret agent...Erm, they are the creators of Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Chicken Run and Morph.
I actually have a Morph Nick made my late Dad in the 8os when he worked on Take Hart.
Just home and on the sofa. What away days are made for. Such a difference to last few seasons. Still know we can chuck stuff away occasionally but it’s becoming rarer and rarer.
Credit to the fans as ever, atmosphere dropped a bit in the nervier parts especially second half but that was a great last 15 or so. 3 away Wins on the spin for me, not sure that’s happened since the Moyes era for me.
