Confirmed Daniel Jebbison Signed on Loan

If he was available for 2-3m he is someone we should buy.

Hes getting to an age where he should really no longer a rough diamond. But there are the attributes there with pace and power etc its just technically he can seem a bit all over the place at times.

If his body could hold up for a straight run of games youd like to think it could click. It it does he would likely be a 10m plus player

He worked his bollocks off yesterday, as he does most games and his hold-up play is improving every game.
Totally agree….

He was very unlucky in the second half when it looked like he had flicked one in to make it 2-1 …..

“I feel like I am a permanent here and I am signed here but unfortunately, I am going to have to go back to my parent club. But, that’s for good reasons as well. Overall, it's been an amazing experience.

It's not done yet so I’m just going to enjoy my days here. From the minute I got here (I felt love from the supporters) and I am seeing it now. We just need to keep performing for them and for ourselves.”

North End media cut out the bit in bold from his post match video at the weekend. Maybe Bournemouth have got a permanent move elsewhere lined up for him.

With them having an change of manager he probably wants to go back to try to prove himself.

The reality is he's probably not good enough to get in their 1st team on a regular basis so he'll get sold on, just not to us.

If the ball is going over head height, your best bet is to back into the defender to try and get hold of the ball, rather than let the defender have a free, unchallenged header.
Every single striker we've ever had seems to be criticised for that, as if they should win every header.

I'd personally look elsewhere after Jebbison leaves but that's not one of the things I'd focus on to criticise him for.

Poor positioning on his part, ball in the air or ball on the ground he is nearly always chasing a lost cause, which maybe he thinks looks good.
Back in the day young Michael Robinson fresh out of the reserves won 90% of his headers, he eventually became a top player.
That why imo Jebbison will never make it to the top of his profession.
