See surf you mentioned a couple of things tonight that you felt were positive that were down to Westley - I think one of ten was cummins who had tracked a man back to our byline and forced a goal kick instead of giving them a corner... That's all I warned to hear instead of 'no positives' - they are there in these early stages but people have to look for them.
Let's actually give this guy at least another 2 seasons. Heaven knows we need some consistency at the top.

ha ha good lad Danny. It was a lot better tonight mate. I enjoyed the game and when its like that it does help lol Thought it was a positive performance and there is also a togtherness buidling up amongest the squad.. They worked there perferbeals off, yes we do need to build up more pressue on the opposition goal instead of isolated attacks but its coming! . We have to go with it matet and at the end of the day our strength, is our togthernes and that includes us!,The guy does deserve the chance to see if he can be a sucsess at this football club. Lets see what happens in the summer with his stella signings ( Stevenage players lol) and then lets look at it again next Christmas, He wasent my choice eithe mate but i want the best for my football club and if hes the man to give us that sucsess then im with him.
On another note; He's not liked by oppostion fans thats for sure, one guy said to us at half time, I think Chizzy read it outt; "whats happen to Presto?n" and you get that at nearly every away game! Saying thta the guy is totally focuesd on what hes here fo rand to use his words; "he wants to manage Preston in the premership" is one i like! but "no one likes us" is soemthing we will have to get used to! as the comments at the end from the Carlisle supporters proved; Westley, " your a disgrace" Westlet fuck off you cheating batserd, cheat cheat cheat, it was all flying at him at the end and it was the same Saturday at Exeter. It seems every oppostion supporters at this level as a story to tell about Graham Westley and none of them are good lol But dose that bother him i dont think so and if he does get us to the preme4rship do we really care.

Yes I like this a lot and it's the sign of someone very successful. I was talking to a couple of ex Liverpool players the other day and we got on to talking about PNE, anyway long story short they both said Westley will sort you out, he takes absolutely no shit and will rule it with an iron fist like Fergie. They also spoke how everyone hates him out of jealousy as much as anything.

Once again, the presenter of the Radio Lancashire sports show last night - not Gary Hickson - said something like "Westley doesn't look me in the eye when he's talking to me." I've heard other similar comments reflecting they don't quite like him. My theory is that Westley openly uses the media for his own ends. When on the radio, Westley speaks, as does Ridsdale, directly to the fans, or to the opposition, which bypasses the sports presenter, who clearly "wants to be mates" with Westley. Westley doesn't give them the time of day, and I don't think the radio presenters enjoy being used like that.
If Westley does stick around long enough for us to get back on a level with Blackpool, just imagine the build up to the derby and the bloodbath!!
Something that Moyes uses a great deal is subtle messages to the opposition, in the media. He was brilliant at it. Westley leaves little messages in the media which resonate with the opposition fans and players. In short, he is trying to distract them emotionally. Its called sledging, and its part of sport, and it is nothing new, even at Preston.
If opposition don't like Westley, then it means he's taken something from them. Points, mainly.
I get the impression Carlisle think they're big time at the moment. Good luck to them, but 1 point at home to shit Preston is hardly promotion form.
