Once in a lifetime

Once in a lifetime

I can honestly say that the times we won it, it was great and spurred us on to better things.

Winning finals is a habit 😱)

That seems to be the case. In our really shit season, a Final today would have been a real lift - and to finally win one since 1938 would have been a massive boost.

On the plus side, Reading won yesterday...

...and Bury got a deserved draw

Unless we got beat, after a lacklustre performance and few shots on goal.

Now that WOULD put the seal on a shit season.

Then again, maybe I`m just trying to see the bright side ....🙂

We will never have a better chance of getting to Wembley than we did this year. Just needed to beat Chesterfield and Oldham and couldn't even do that. IF the players couldn't get up for the Chesterfield game it shows how bad things had got, and change had to be made and it's some of those players that rebelled against the new regime........pathetic.

Westley is obviously very driven by medals so I am very much looking forward to the JPT next year.

I think we'll give it a good go.

This season we managed to get through having not won any of the games.
