Patron status not retained

I’ve had patron status forever but noticed like a few others today that I’d lost the ability to ‘like’ posts and the general consensus was it was only available to patrons.

I’ve always been on an auto renew basis via PayPal so not sure if something has happened recently that?

Same for me, not sure what's gone wrong (could well be me!)

Paypal autorenew set up, but looks like its took the "old" fee in July. Let me know the best way to fix it and will sort

Is this why I have tonight received a message from “The Mod and Admin Team” saying the following:

Dear Henrys Cat,

Thank you for upgrading your account to PNE Online Patron – £10 per year.

I was unaware I had upgraded anything. However, I’m more than happy to contribute £10 a year to a forum I get a great deal of pleasure from… and at times one that winds me up no end 😄

£10 exited my account yesterday to retain my Patron status, however this morning I have received a DM saying my account upgrade has expired. I have paid another £10 (which I don’t have a problem with) and received a confirmation DM - there is clearly something amiss with the renewal process which needs attention when someone has 5 minutes.
