'Jet groin'Groin strain apparently
Matchday Thread PNE v Huddersfield Town - 9/4/24 - KO:7.45pm - Championship
Actually has a tear in his groin. Picked up in a practice game on international duty. Was told it was the sort of tear that shouldn't prevent him from playing, albeit would be uncomfortable. I won't pretend I understood that prognosis though!!Groin strain apparently

Better starting XI than Watford game. Mads back in & Holmes starts. Nice to see Ched back on bench but will probably play a bit part if any (as Woodburn will get nod 🥱). Alan Browne returns too.
Not really about performance just 3 points. Hudds poor side but everything to play for & will be up for it. Hopefully 2 nil to North End.

That’ll make hoof ball interesting.Sunny but windy as fook!
Browne must still have slightly soggy shorts. Hopefully we'll see him come off the (stained) bench.
I figured out that Woodburn makes an appearance on average once every 2 games, so he's inevitable tonight.Better starting XI than Watford game. Mads back in & Holmes starts. I'm going for 87th minute.
EXCLUSIVE BROUGHT TO YOU FROM MBCHASPORT:
I just grabbed Millar, Potts and Whiteman on their way up to the players box. Asked them all how long till they're back.
Whiteman - I don't know.
Millar - Feels fine one day the next is painful, can't rush it.
Potts - I don't know, worst part is I've just done it again.

As long as they're fine for the play-offs. That's the main thing.

Strongest team we can put out there and Browne can be today's super sub. I like it. Just for the love of everything Holy don't put Woodburn on...
Presuming that Browne is just not ready to start but might have 30 minutes or so in him for possible use later on this is just about as good as we can manage. If Hughes is in midfield I hope he is being played centrally where his strength might be useful with Brady wide. The main thing is we have our proven strike partnership of Riis and Keane upfront with Frokjaer to supply the passes that can create the opportunities for them. We have to win tonight to keep our season alive.

I made a very late decision not to go on tonight. My mates won't be there ( for various reasons) and I'm a bit under the weather.
Cue an exciting win.
