I think we were his first club although I was only 1 years old when he took charge!
Mr Ben, Zebedee, MR Ed or Skippy i dont fuckin care even a tin of cherry blossom polish is better.
Yes he did, at Motherwell.
That's not true. He had been manager of Motherwell.
I thought he was manager at Motherwell, before his experience at PNE?
but even if you are right about Hart, there are the same points in rebuttal to that being a reason to not sack GW.
1. We cant really legislate for Ridsdale being a dickhead. if he wants to employ a shit manager then so be it. We cant stop that at any time.
2. Hes still probably a better option than GW anyway. Like I say, we arent talking about someone whos lacking a bit of luck and falling short of unrealistically high expectations. Westley has fallen flat on his face in pretty much every single endeavour since being here.
Interesting point, why do you think that was?
Without being deliberately offensive (maybe!), I think it's because BD had an underlying insecurity in his own abilility which meant he tried to whip the fans up to support him even though he knew he would ultimately fail, which is a trend he took forward at all his subsequent clubs. Our less intelligent fans bought into this bravado and have clung to it since. Moyes knew he was a genius and didn't need to 'sell' himself to the fans.
How very arrogant.
I think the bit you are missing is that GW isnt being set upon by our fans because he hasnt given us instant success, its because hes shown absolutely no signs of improvement and has taken an already poor side backwards.I can't really argue EJ. I guess what I'm saying, if people are willing to stand behind the next man (like Hart) for a minimum of 2 seasons and give him a fair crack then let's get on with it. However, if we are to be here again 12 months down the line because he hasn't delivered instant success then what's the point.
The constant change and in-fighting amongst supporterts is wearing me out and is a disease that is killing our club. And, regrettably, I believe is something that our owner is wanting to happen.
