Confirmed Statement from 'Peter & Craig"

I think if you read between the lines, they are giving him the Xmas period ….

The next to last paragraph contains the words “ at this stage…. “

He will be gone after the Sunderland game
The damage could be done by then. If we fall to within 6 points of the drop zone by the end of the Sunderland game we'll be one of the favourites for the drop.

It's safe to say based on performances that Woodman and Whiteman aren't happy here. Mads won't stick around to sit on the bench. If our better players aren't turning up, last night showed our fringe players are good enough to pick up the slack.

I'm genuinely worried for our championship status with these two clowns (Lowe and Ridsdale) running the show.

Obviously with me only having a scouts badge for knot tying and semaphore i can't really comment, but this 'backing' is going to look fucking stupid if we get a shafting by Leeds at home on Boxing Day.

I read it exactly the same way. Results unacceptable, the squad is capable of getting back to winning ways {with good management}. I'd say lose the next 2, and he won't see the Sunderland game. Please!

I’ve got to be honest though, I really haven’t seen any ‘abuse’.

All I’ve seen on twitter is statements like ‘sack the fraud’ and people going on about coaching badges (something he said!)

If he can’t hack that, and is complaining then maybe he is in the wrong line of work.
I was thinking it was more than likely the memes being posted rather than actual abuse as haven't seen any either. This is the problem now is that it doesn't matter what the content is, the only thing that matters is if the person recieving a message deems it offensive or not, regardless of what has been posted.

Am i the only one that sees the statement as very positive , they have acknowledged the fans and not ignored them (for once), the dreaded VOC never has a happy ending (well it might for us).

Ryan Lowe is a dead man walking , it’s very clearly only a matter of time , but two days before Christmas is not that time …

Beat by Leeds and he’ll be gone in my view , let’s be honest there is absolutely no value in sacking him now, with the way Leeds are playing today even Pep would struggle to get a result with our squad.

Just a different perspective!
Completely fair outlook on things Robert.

In my opinion however, i see it being a very poor mistake to allow him to take charge of the game against Leeds, fans will be booing him and giving him abuse as they do when things go like this. He has already insulted the fans once and i can just feel a very toxic atmosphere building throughout the 90 minutes.

It could be a very uncomfortable afternoon for Lowe and the board if we get battered on Tuesday, despite the vote of confidence, ultimately, it’s the fans who will get I sacked eventually, it’s just a matter of making the owners know how unhappy we are which I’m sure they’ll know by full time on Tuesday

Hmm. Is that the dreaded vote of confidence?

The easy decision is to keep him on, because it would be expensive to sack him and would take a big effort to find a decent replacement.

Will repear what I said last week - I don't trust them to run the club (our club).and I don't think they're capable of appointing the right manager next.

We need to decide as a club, what our identity is, what type of football do we want to play and go from there.

The way our club is currently run, structured, budgeted etc. the future for PNE as a club does not look good

What a sad situation.

I wish they’d stop banging on about the fluke run of results at the start of the season too.

I know a lot don’t like xG, but in 4 of our 6 wins, we didn’t hit over 0.68. That is really, really poor and just shows how our finishing was not sustainable at all.

The results, based on those underlying numbers are now showing and we are absolutely terrible to watch.

Winning a few games over THREE MONTHS ago, should not be a reason to keep a manager on.

The club is a mess from top to bottom and this is only going one way. It’s going to be a toxic mess after a battering by Leeds.
