Doyler comes across as a clever person (fair play) but... there is a nasty contrived arrogance with the way he/she posts. Their view is extremely one eyed at the expense of others, no ground (rarely) conceded irrespective of clear evidence coming back in reply.

Other view points are welcomed, even if we disagree. It is the snidey comments laced within their replies that fall foul.

Regards Dobbin, it seems according to the BBC that he played wide left of a 3 yesterday (before being subbed on 57m) which from his time at Deepdale isn't his overall strength.

I do wonder if he has made a poor - playing time / position wise - Archer / Cannon type move for the big club hype and cash rather than his footballing strength on the pitch.

Time will tell.

Can't wait to be linked with him returning every window for the next 5 years if so!

Me too. I wanted us to go for him when he was available during one of the spells that Lowe should have been sacked.

With hindsight, it's a good job we didn't as he had the time out with illness shortly after. But I think he's a top manager in this division. He might be what saves Rovers this season.

Was really strange that. They played Scienza centrally and Dobbin wide left when both are better suited the other way round. If they persist with Dobbin on the left it'll be a massive waste of his talent.

I've mentioned him before but their newest prospect Luka Lynch has featured heavily in their preseason. We're yet to see whether he's gonna stay around the first team or be loaned out. They seem to have an agreement with FC Annecy in the French second tier where lots of their loanees go too although
