Personally I thought storey was abysmal in pre season and the QPR game.
However I feel he needs to fight for his shirt now hence the class performance yesterday.

He was poor at QPR but I do think he was pretty exposed in that match - and he gets better support from Valentin. I know very little about Offiah but he does look very athletic and ultimately might replace him but at the moment Storey is playing very well.

Having better players around him make a huge difference.

It is allowing him to do what he does best.

I am the first to admit I thought he would struggle to get in the starting eleven but like the rest of the lads who remained from last year has stepped up to the plate.

He looks a different player….

Both Whiteman and McCann look like they have been given licence to roam further forward this season….

not sure. Does PH see him as one of the midfield 3? Genuine question by the way - I’m not being a bellend. Dobbin has some unbelievable quality, but not sure what position Hecky sees as his best.
 
I've been very critical of him.

He's doing that role very well.

I wouldn't stretch to superb, but I'm now at a point where I'd be disappointed if he's not in the team.

Every credit to him.
 
Been much better this season, very good. However he's still trying to side foot everything! Hopefully he can build on the great start.

More of the fact that it sometimes it's Dobbin or Devine in the more advanced role, it's more of a 3 midfield with one sat in front with license to find space and roam. Armstrong, Dobbin and Devine can all play that role for me. We don't really play with 2 up top from the way we've been playing
 
Is he playing for a new contract? Or does he have a couple of years.

Sure he’s our highest earner
