To be fair, I think this ship has sailed now. Next time we start hearing takeover rumours will be the time season tickets are due to come out again.

If that turns out to be the case more rumours would have next to zero effect on season ticket sales next season. Just would not work again.
I guess the owners are probably running around panicking wondering who is going to pick up the bill for the summer and the almost inevitable relegation.

An ownership group who think the fans should be grateful, yet their way to get said fans to buy season tickets was to pretend new owners were imminent. Sounds ridiculous, but it looks spot on now we have hindsight.

Just because he was there, doesn't mean he put a bid in, or has not changed or withdrawn it M'Lord.
Just as Cannon being paraded around doesn't mean he is signing.
The thing is, without some clear communication from the club, fans will speculate that it is on or off. All we know is that there have been a bid that has been accepted but there was still complex discussions going on, that was 2 months ago, anything could have happened since then. We still don't know if it has even been submitted for approval.
I am not after running updates, but some communication to their customers after the shit show of a start to the season, is the very least we deserve.......in my opinion.
As that article said, there is a lack of responsibility from anyone at the club.
