Some fans of odd ways off looking at things. Saying ex players are more passionate etc. just give me a manager, assistant and coaches who are all good at there job and win games. If they didn’t acknowledge the crowd and won every week who caresGonna need a bit more from the coaching staff than a bit of fan acknowledgment in the warmup before proclaiming that we’ve got two good men at the helm.
Alex Neil barely mentions the fans but he wins games. That’s far more important in a manager

1/ everyone who is out of contract. If we go down, which players do you all think would leave?
2/ anyone in contract who would attract a fee.
The rest would be left to be part of a new squad.
Bringing the fans with you is a really important part of the job, to be fair. Some fans of odd ways off looking at things. It doesn't win you football matches, but it helps.

Fans will be with you if you win games. Patting the badge and clapping the fans in the warmup only works for a limited timeBringing the fans with you is a really important part of the job, to be fair.

Not many. Genuinely think some will be wanting it as they know they can't compete in the championship.
Thomson, Hughes, Lindsay, Storey, Small, Pol, Potts, Erabi, Burgzorg, probably more. They are all so far off it from championship level they'll probably want relegation so they can stay.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
This managerial appointment needed to be an elite one for us to have had any chance to get out of this mess, it wasn't elite and in reality it was never going to be. I've no doubt GA will give it absolutely everything he's got, and I'm fairly sure that everything he's got wont be enough.
The squad is diabolical, I've no idea where you'd start in trying to fix it.

All the ones we would want to keep. All the ones we would want to leave would be here like an impermeable smell. If we go down, which players do you all think would leave?
What a terrible state of affairs we find ourselves in.
Its been so promising but the failure of the Board to invest and improve the squad will ultimately cost us.
For all their success in business surely CH must see that by failing to improve the squad and so it is weaker and in fear of relegation that if it happens then the club loses its worth.
If i was this Zedan chap I would be seriously looking elsewhere to invest unless he is going to throw a fortune at it hoping to get us in the premiership and if that's the case this management/recruitment set up won't last long.

Zedan isn’t buying. And certainly not at the price Hemmings thought possible last summer. It’s called value destruction. Completely hoodwinked .
Spoke to my window cleaner who is a BCFC fan (I live in West Yorks) and he says the Alexander doesn't do instant turn arounds but works long term ...so I suspect we have accepted we are going down and it's a project to get us back up in the next two seasons ...and also the footie is dire
We are a bit light on entertaining players in any case. Leroy perhaps possibly Mills.Spoke to my window cleaner who is a BCFC fan (I live in West Yorks) and he says the Alexander doesn't do instant turn arounds but works long term ...so I suspect we have accepted we are going down and it's a project to get us back up in the next two seasons ...and also the footie is dire

Can't believe the amount of fans on here chucking the towel in and giving up.
We're 3pts off safety with 37 games to play.
Thank fuck our new manager isn't a quitter and he has guts, determination and a will to win that he can transfer to the players.
Get a fuckin grip of yourselves!!

Tempting to leave the Samaritans number at the end of every post just in case.

Bit of a strange comment from your window cleaner really.
It’s not easy to turn around anything instantly, not least something which has been heading in the wrong direction at a steady pace for some years.

Does he still use a ladder or those long poles? I'll level with you I don't think they do a great job.
