First day of the season - 10,300. Today - 8,300. That's more than 12%. I wonder how many season ticket holders will renew come the summer if Westley is still here? You only have to read comments on here to see that 8,300 was nothing like the real crowd today which includes season ticket holder whether they attend or not - many are already voting with their feet. To try and pretend the crowds are not dropping at an alarming rate is ridiculous.

I already know of 4 season ticket holders, one who this season bought one for the first time since Billy Davies left and the other three have been going on for years, who won't be renewing if Westley is still in charge next season.

Worrying times.

Not turning up will mean there is even less money coming into the club and hence less chance of signing the decrnt players we need

Logical thinking but do you think the money the club did get from season ticket sales has been well spent?

we are missing loads of fans. shrewsbury brought 600 and there were 6500 nobbers I would say. The real test is the summer. Westley still here I believe and the option of a 350-375 season ticket. Many say they won't renew but do. This time? could be down (expect to be down) to 4-5 k season ticket holders plus 1.5k on the day.

is it a fact that the club counts/includes and announces season ticket holders whether they are there or not?

Surely Hemmings is embarrassed by PNEs performances under Westley especially alongside all the.off.field shenanigans. Surely? Surely he realises the.downturn of.the club since his takeover. Surely he.wont want to be remembered as the.man who killed north end? Surely he.cares.enough to take decisive action? Surely? Surely my phone shouldn't be putting full.stops.all over the.place? Surely?

As long as Westley is at the club all media attention will be on him and conveniently away from the owner, so it's actually in Hemming's best interest to keep him here. Hemming's wants his £25million back and without anyone willing to come in and buy us he'll stay on until the bitter end until we go bust and he loses his legal right to it.

I think welsh, wroe, king, keane, laird, holmes, beavon, robertson and monakana (eventually) are good signings. I dont think even the best managers get every signing right. Even harder when you are trying tk pick up freebies

Aside from all this does anyone get the impression that Westley gives a semblance of a shit about Preston, the fans or anything to do with the town, area, or region?

He is the equivalent of Elvis going on stage in Las Vegas and saying.

"You're all clueless fuckwits with no taste in music, and I'm only here because your club's owner is prepared to paid more than anyone else was offering."

So you would put Westley's failure with the long list of players he has worked with, down to bad luck?

Check out Hume and Coutts since they left. Bad luck?

Admit hume is a big loss, but we couldnt afford his wages anyway. Rightly or wrongly, I never had a lot of time for coutts

We shouldnt forget that hume and coutts were part of the squad that were so good at keeping us in the championship, or was that relegation westleys fault as well

Have I missed something......crowds down about 12%.......huge majority ?????????

Crowds down 12% this season yes, but in comparison to where we were 4/5 years ago....yes the majority have disappeared.

Not being funny, but you started this thread JR, claiming some sort of moral victory in that "pnesouthribble first to act", but many others have already acted through their non-attendance thus displaying a vote of no-confidence in the current set-up.

As I say, unless others follow suit nothing will change. Hemmings is clueless, always has been. Under his regime we've appointed clueless manager after clueless manager - what are you going to do about it? Have a meeting? Give me strength!

Just don't turn up, the club won't die but the clueless regime soon will.
