Significant fee for us, completely mindless in the logic signing when you think who he was replacing in Millar, having a hopeless record at Utrecht and giving them a profit, being miles off Champ level, flopping out on loan and then being sold 12 months later

Don't think its fair to say Jeppe was our worst signing.

It was a massive fuck up by Ridsdale and the club granted but it looks like they've managed to paper over it somewhat by getting Aberdeen to pay a lot of his wages last season and then managing to sell him back to Sweden for a fee. Its almost certainly bollocks that we didn't lose much on it though.

Bayliss was a bigger fuck up surely?

Personally I like an old fashioned winger. I feel it is our heritage, but Although we saw rare glimpses of talent from Okkles, it was not enough to get a place in our team OR persuade the manager to change tactics to keep him. I wish him all the best.

Pity it didn’t work out for Okkels but new signings don’t all work out obviously. Out of our new 11 how many will be great successes. Some may exceed expectations but on the whole prepare to be disappointed. Good luck Jeppe in your new challenge.
